The services on offer are embroidery hoops, keyrings and embroidery wall art. If there is a particular product you are after but cannot see on the site please do contact me via the contact page.
Completion time varies depending on the complexity and size of the design. Each product is handmade and therefore aim to complete within 4 - 6 weeks, however it can be much quicker than this. Please do take care to read the product details as completion times do vary. If you do require a product by a certain date please do not hesitate to contact me and I'll be happy to discuss.
If you are based in the UK postage & packaging is FREE . Shipping worldwide is £15 for International Tracked.
All product orders have the option to add additional information or personalisation. If you can't find the product you require please do send a message via the contact page and I will be happy to discuss
A draft image of all the bespoke products are sketched and agreed prior to creating your order. This is to ensure all information, spelling and details are as requested. Once agreed and approved the product is created and therefore not eligible for a refund.
All orders are gift wrapped for free as standard and therefore ready to be posted as a gift to the recipient or to yourself to be gifted. If you require a personal message this will be hand written on a card within the package.
Custom-Made & Personalised Products
Due to the nature of our bespoke, custom-made embroidery products, we do not accept returns or issue refunds unless the item is faulty or not as described. This policy is in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which does not require businesses to accept returns for personalised or custom-made goods unless they are defective.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns or offer refunds under the following circumstances:
- Change of mind after the order has been placed.
- Spelling, design, or detail errors in the embroidery that match the details provided by the customer.
- Slight colour variations due to screen display differences.
- Wear and tear from normal usage.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, you must notify us within 7 days of receipt with photographic evidence. We will assess the issue and, if confirmed, we will either:
- Offer a replacement, or
- Provide a full refund if a replacement is not possible.
Faulty products must be returned within 14 days of our confirmation that a return is required. The item must be in its original condition. We will cover the return shipping costs for confirmed faulty items.
Refund Process
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- We reserve the right to refuse a refund or replacement if the claim is not supported by clear evidence of a defect.
